This pretty semi-detached holiday home with swimming pool is located opposite long sandy beach and not far away from the historical centre of Omis. On the ground floor of the house there is living part with separated kitchen, while in front of the house there is a garden with a swimming pool. Terrace with a barbeque is at the back. On the upper floor there are bedrooms. The house is functionally furnished for relaxing summer holiday. In front of it there is a busy road, which separates the house from a large camping site with numerous sporting and recreational facilities and from the sandy beach. The coast of Omis is well-known for fantastic beaches.

Villa Maria is beautiful . Near the sea , walk to town for 5-6 minutes. The rooms are very comfortable and air-conditioned.
